LMP-3HS The automatic grinding and polishing machine is a double-disc desktop grinding and polishing machine. According to international standards and adopting international advanced technology, it has developed and manufactured 1 new single-point force loading grinding and polishing equipment. (No electronic proportional valve, manual pressure regulation.
It has the rotation direction of the grinding and polishing plate can be arbitrarily selected, and the grinding and polishing plate can be quickly replaced. This machine adopts advanced microprocessor control system, which makes the speed of grinding and throwing disc and grinding and throwing head stepless adjustable, and the setting of sample pressure and time is intuitive and convenient. The grinding and polishing process can be completed only by replacing the grinding and polishing plate or sandpaper and fabric. So that the machine shows a wider range of applications. It has the characteristics of stable rotation, safety and reliability, low noise and the use of cast aluminum base to increase the rigidity of grinding and polishing.
This machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can cool the sample during grinding to prevent the damage of metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample and the abrasive particles from being washed away at any time. Coupled with glass fiber reinforced plastic shell and stainless steel standard parts, the appearance is more beautiful and generous, and the anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance are improved and easy to clean.
It is suitable for automatic sample preparation from rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing to fine polishing of metallographic samples. It is an ideal sample preparation equipment for enterprises, scientific research units and laboratories of colleges and universities.
